Village Hall 9 – 12.30 pm
Is Spring springing or are we still under grey, cold winter skies?
Whatever the weather
many hearts are warmed by the thought of Valentines Day. Fresh flowers or plants
and very special chocolates may be the heart's desire. Cathy Streeter of Nine
Gables Nursery could be very helpful in making the 14th special for that someone.
Perhaps very special chocolates would make the taste buds blossom. Let your
eyes feast on the real thing – hand made in Horsham by Lindsey Williams
of Wimblehurst Chocolates.
If your Valentine would like something more close and personal, look over Janet Carter’s Honeybees stall or Beverley Scott-Hughes’ soap stall (Just Bev Soaps) – wonderful handmade soaps – as well as lovely candles from Lesley Sparks of The Hedgewitches Garden that of course create a flattering glow and a romantic atmosphere. And to wrap it all up just pay a visit to Susie Pike of Phoenix cards who will supply you with all the gift wrap, cards and ribbons that you need.
Whatever the weather,
tummies can be coddled with pancakes on Shrove Tuesday on February 11th. Local
free range eggs from Sue Jerges of Wisborough Greens and local flour from James
Halfhide at the Imbham's Farm Granary stall.
All local products for local people.
