It may not be widely known that there are, in existence, two Trust Funds, originally set up in 1930 and 1982 respectively, to assist inhabitants of the Parish of Wisborough Green in times of need.  Calls on the two funds are made from time to time and are, of course, treated in the strictest confidence.

The Trustees of both Funds are the Vicar and Churchwardens, to whom applications for assistance are made.  The Funds are administered by the Trustees under the auspices of the Charity Commission.

In the light of the current cost of living crisis, the Trustees are aware that many could be facing considerable difficulties this winter and consequently would be happy to consider requests from any inhabitants of the village who may be in need of financial help.
