The 2023 Time is Ticking online environmental talks were well received and are now available on the CAGNE Youtube channel.

Now in the third year these online talks run to coincide with the environment meeting of world leaders, COP, and seek to educate the impact flying is having on our planet and to the vulnerable state it is currently in.  All four talks are well worth a view and are organised by CAGNE, the umbrella aviation community and environment group for Sussex, Surrey, and Kent.

Talk One – Time to rethink airport expansion plans with Tim Johnson from Aviation Environment Federation.  YouTube – https://youtu.be/2mfTWzf_jQU

Talk Two – Climate Change: how we got here and where we might be going with Tony Whitbread.  YouTube – https://youtu.be/GZz9H0VATRs

Talk Three – Let’s talk UK’s airports are big enough! With Steve Clark of Bristol Airport Action Network and newly formed No Airport Expansion campaign in conversation with Chair of CAGNE, Sally Pavey.  YouTube – https://youtu.be/27TBGTdeHjg

Talk Four – The increasing importance of protecting our best landscape and heritage in the 21st Century/our ever-busy world!
