A Steering Group, comprising of Parish Council Members, the Parish Clerk and local residents, was formed to work under the auspices of the Parish Council.  The Terms of Reference are agreed by the Parish Council in May of each year.

The Steering Group provides monthly progress reports to the Parish Council, as required.  The Parish Council is the decision maker.

Keith Charman (Ex-Parish Councillor and involved in the original NP process)
Sheena Overington (Ex-Parish Councillor and involved in the original NP process)
John Bristow (New membership for Review)
Louise Jellard (New member for Review)

Interests are declared at the start of all meetings and highlighted if a matter is raised during the meeting so all attendees are aware.

The Steering Group meets monthly and holds other meeting as required.  Meeting minutes are published when details can be released.  All minutes will be published with the village element of the process has been completed.
