Call For Sites & Site Assessment

Call for Sites – Article in July Parish Magazine, circulated at the end of June and poster displayed on noticeboards around the village.
The response deadline was subsequently extended to  5.00 pm on 1st September due to the summer holiday period – all land promoters and those having made enquiries were notified on 11th August 2025.

Site Assessment Methodology Report (Chapman Planning March 2019) – This reported was completed for the 2019 work undertaken for the review.  The same process was followed but the Site Assessment criteria was reviewed and updated by an independent Planning Consultant, James Garside, and the CDC Neighbourhood Planning Officer.

2019 Neighbourhood Plan Review
