Many of you may have noticed the increased vegetation/weeds growing profusely in the roadside edges which eventually will erode the tarmac and then lead to more holes and the clogging up of drains.
WSCC no longer treat these areas and the Parish Council is now paying but costs will not allow them to do the whole village. To help keep our Wisborough Green roads in good condition and to improve drainage, I am asking if residents would be willing to remove vegetation/weeds where necessary outside their own properties? I regularly do this so it doesn’t become a bigger problem. Feel free to let me know what you think or if you have any other suggestions.
