For the second year running, The Spitfire Experience has been recognized as a traveller-favourite attraction! 
Located at Wheelers Farm in Wisborough Green, this unique experience allows you to sit in a full-size replica of a real Spitfire cockpit. Imagine the thrill of being at the controls of this iconic World War II aircraft!
Started over 12 years ago, the idea, from the very beginning was to raise money for The RAF Benevolent Fund. To date, I am proud to say we have raised over £133,000.
All our instructors are volunteers and all donations go to the RAFBF. We are open seven days a week – 10am until 4pm. The barn is decked out as a WWII crew room that gives it a very special atmosphere.
Each customer flies for about 40 minutes, including take offs and landings. Flying under a bridge has proved to be very popular.
No flying experience is required as you receive personal tuition from your instructor. A word of caution – it is a drug! Have one go and you feel you might need another!
